Schmaltz, Chicken Fat, Used To Make High Yield Biodiesel Fuel By U Of Arkansas Engineers.Cooks everywhere have long used schmaltz, the Yiddish word for chicken fat, as the basis for chicken soup, a tasty power dish reputed to cure the common cold, but soon drivers might find themselves cooking, so to speak with schmaltz as fuel in their gas tank.
